Rights and stewardship
Copyright and Takedown Policy
How texts enter the Satanworld Library, and how rights holders can request an attribution correction or removal.
Works accepted into the Library
The Library may distribute works whose public-domain status has been reviewed, works released under an applicable Creative Commons or comparable open licence, Satanworld original publications, and works supplied with explicit redistribution permission from the relevant rights holder.
Online access is not redistribution permission
The fact that a file can be found online does not automatically permit Satanworld or anyone else to copy and redistribute it. Each proposed file, edition, translation, cover, and accompanying asset must receive a separate rights review before publication.
Correction or removal requests
A rights holder or authorised representative may request corrected attribution, amended licensing information, restricted access, or removal. Legitimate and sufficiently documented requests will be reviewed in good faith.
Please include:
- Your name and reliable contact details.
- Identification of the work and the exact Satanworld Library URL.
- The basis of your ownership or authority to act for the rights holder.
- A clear explanation of the requested correction or removal.
- Supporting registration, publication, licence, contract, or other relevant evidence when available.
- A statement that the information supplied is accurate and made in good faith.
Contact
The Library rights contact email has not yet been configured. The site owner should add it in the SatanWorld theme settings before publishing Library files.
